UH Anesthesia Residency Benefits: - A great camaraderie amongst trainees, highly focused on their clinical experience and education. - Dedicated time out of ORs each Wednesday for didactic lectures and study/wellness breaks. - Residents receive a $1,000 stipend each AY for books, conference fees etc. - 6-8 mo. of elective rotations b/w CA2 & 3 - Access to repro. services (IVF, egg/embryo freezing etc.) covered at 50% with a lifetime max of $30k for medical fees and $15k for prescription costs.
