The program offers 5 academic tracks; a scholarship funded Elisberg Research Track, a scholarship funded Leadership Track a scholarship funded Equity and Inclusion Track and the Clinical Educator Track and the Clinical Innovations and Entrepreneurship track. Residents can participate in the Education Track along with the funded tracks. Starting this year one of the residents involved in the Clinician Educator track will be funded and conduct education-based research and curricula design.
