Residents will be able to participate in a variety of activities to ensure that their educational experience is enhanced. Program leadership is dedicated to the success of their residents and the program. Residents will have access to a new simulation lab to help teach, refine and improve their skills. Residents will play an active role and can participate in leadership roles and also contribute with quality improvement initiatives.
