Special Features
Our program has a large catchment area ensuring adequate volume and acuity thus providing a great opportunity for clinical learning. The program focuses on education over service needs and emphasizes active learning. We have removed clinics during inpatient requirements with continuity clinics occurring in outpatient rotations and longitudinal blocks, the latter are 2 weeks long and repeat every 4 weeks, allowing residents a continuous progressive experience.
