Our main objective is to develop education-related skills in our residents and faculty to cultivate an approachable and motivational teaching environment. Our goal is to train our residents to excel in a patient-centered, integrated health system, with an emphasis on quality of care and evidence-based medicine. We promote continuous self-assessment and improvement through mentorship and individualized resident attention, individual goals, and objectives.
