Our goal is for all graduates to be excellent clinicians, ready to enter any independent practice or fellowship program. Our Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) program includes a Quality and Patient Safety certification program, and Master's in Health Care Administration, Health Care Quality and Safety, and Health Care Organization. Research tracks develop research, scientific presentation, and publication skills. A Global Health elective is available to senior residents.
