The mission of the Family Medicine Rural Training Track Residency at McLaren Northern Michigan is to provide high quality graduate medical education to meet the needs of rural medical care in northern Michigan. Goals of the program are to train and prepare family physicians to practice in rural Michigan who: are competent to practice a full scope of family medicine independently; provide continuous and comprehensive care to their patients.
