Special Features
Our residency program stands out in three distinct areas: a supportive family culture, robust didactics, and unique specialized rotations. With only four residents, we foster close attending relationships, maximum one-on-one attention, and quarterly paid wellness days. Academic training features a protected weekly half-day for faculty lectures, monthly simulations, an 18-month board review, and a "You Matter" series covering leadership, DEI, and career development. While providing all major core electives, we offer twice-monthly small-group simulations on elective blocks alongside unique rotations in urology, anesthesiology, procedures, and parenting.
