Special Features
George Washington University's Hematology Oncology Program is in the heart of the nation's capital, Washington D.C. We serve a diverse group of patients, providing support to the vulnerable population in our region. We have excellent faculty who are experts in their fields and who are eager to teach the next generation of hematologist/oncologists. Given our location, we have several opportunities for our fellows to engage in advocacy on Capitol Hill, and work on research projects at our world-famous School of Public Health. We start and enroll are patients in many clinical trials. We provide excellent clinical training and have graduates of the program who go on to a variety of positions in both academics and private practice.
