Special Features
The University of Utah Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship provides comprehensive, high-quality training across all areas of cardiovascular medicine. Based at the University of Utah Hospital and the VA Medical Center, fellows care for a diverse patient population drawn from a large regional catchment area spanning Utah and the Intermountain West. The program offers broad inpatient and outpatient clinical experiences, exposure to all cardiovascular subspecialties, and both clinical and research training pathways. Training is further strengthened by a robust didactic curriculum and high procedural and imaging volumes. Our goal is to prepare fellows for successful careers in academic or clinical cardiology.
