Special Features
Our program offers an exceptional combination of high procedural volume, clinical autonomy, and personalized mentorship. As there are no competing cardiovascular subspecialty fellowship programs, the fellows work closely with faculty conducting a wide range of procedures, gaining extensive hands-on experience in transesophageal echocardiography, cardiac catheterization, device management, and electrophysiology procedures, including transseptal punctures during atrial fibrillation ablations. Fellows care for patients with complex cardiovascular disease, providing exposure to advanced pathology and nuanced clinical decision-making. Faculty are highly supportive, approachable, and invested in our success with a collegial learning environment.
