Special Features
Hamilton Medical Center is an independent not-for-profit community hospital located in Dalton, GA. Dalton is a small dynamic Southern city. We are The Carpet Capital of the World and home to Soccer Town USA. We are a multicultural community with a sizable Hispanic population resulting in a bilingual clinical experience.-Our goal is to produce well-rounded family physicians balancing outpatient medicine, urgent care, and inpatient care. Most residents enter primary care. We also have a graduate employed as a hospitalist and a resident who matched into an Emergency Medicine fellowship.-We value the whole person. Our selection process is holistic, looking beyond numbers to find residents who will thrive here and contribute to our culture.
