Special Features
The mission statement of our family medicine residency program is 'to graduate competent Family Physicians who are prepared to practice broad-spectrum Family Medicine in a rural environment, including in a rural community-based hospital. We will train our graduates to be leaders both within the medical community that they practice as well as in the community-at-large that they serve. We commit to train our resident physicians as colleagues and hope that some of them will choose to continue their practice here in our community or neighboring communities in Northern New York.'
