The Harvard Medical School Program at BIDMC is a vibrant program with early hands on surgical experience, diverse patient population and pathologies to learn from. We have a robust didactic program that is protected time for the resident. Mentorship is critical and each incoming resident will be expected to work with a career mentor and a specialty specific mentor as they progress through the program. 6 months of research is built into the program.
