The BayCare Mease Countryside Hospital Internal Medicine Residency is a community care-focused training program where residents receive personalized mentorship and gain hands-on experience with a diverse patient population. BayCare is the leading, not-for-profit health system in West Central Florida. Our system consists of 16 hospitals, BayCare Medical Group, one of the region's largest multi-specialty physician practices, BayCare Urgent Care, and a broad network of ambulatory services.
