With a smaller program, in a physician only environment, we are able to focus on wellbeing through a multitude of focal points. Schedule flexibility will allow an opportunity to strengthen weakness but also cater training towards your interests. The vacation schedule is also flexible with only minor limitations. Overnight call will be once a month starting your CA2 year. In our program, autonomy, feeling valued, flexibility, and attention to your needs is easily accomplished.
