The department of anesthesiology's pain medicine program is a fellowship in the advanced multidisciplinary management of acute chronic and cancer pain syndromes. Over the course of the fellowship the fellow will develop and hone advanced skills in the evaluation treatment and consultation for pain disorders provision of expert pain management in malignant pain and the palliative care setting utilization of a multimodal approach in a multidisciplinary clinical setting.
